Memorial Day kicks off summer by it's unilateral command to grill. Here in NoCal, summer comes in fits and starts, landing anywhere from mid-April to late-March. Even so, we grill.
Being patriotic, we grilled short rib/bacon burgers from Marin Sun Farms. Yum indeed accompanied by fresh white corn and potato salad.
evidently patriotism runs in our blood...
Now for the rhubarb caramel ice cream sundaes for dessert.
